WATCHES WITH A CUSTOM SERIAL NUMBER ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

WATCHES WITH AN MCWW SERIAL NUMBER ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% RESTOCKING FEE.

Please keep in mind I am not some huge corporation with hundreds of employees and millions in sales. MotorCity WatchWorks is a side hobby that I do 100% by myself.

If you choose a custom serial number that renders the case back unusable for resale so it is not possible for me to offer a generous return policy.

Conditions for returns:

• You must email jay@motorcitywatchworks.com to request an RMA within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Watch, straps, and tool must be unused, in the original packaging.

• Watch must still be in the clear security wrap with the security sticker intact.

• If there is any damage at all the refund will be denied.

• You are responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for packages being returned so please make sure the parcel is fully insured with adequate tracking.

• Refunds will be issued minus the restocking fee within 3 business days of the returns arrival.

• These terms are subject to change.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
